MILA is the ILA’s incredible health care plan that provides exceptional medical, behavioral health, prescription drug, dental
and vision benefits for eligible active and retired employees and their qualified dependents, who are covered under the Master Contract.
The MILA National Health Plan will provide detailed information about plans and its many benefits, including medical coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, behavioral health coverage (including the Member Assistance Plan and treatment for mental illness and substance abuse) and prescription drug coverage.
