This empowering event brings together the incredible women of the ILA to connect, learn, and lead the future of the maritime industry. This year’s theme is “Anchored In Strength United In Purpose.” With the rising number of women presently in the craft, it is fitting that these ladies convene to exchange ideas and get educated on issues involving their continued employment in the maritime industry. We have a host of exciting speakers and events lined up and we assure that the ladies will be secure and comfortable.
